T.K.B. Shipping A/S is an on-shore company registered in Denmark. The T.K.B. group of companies was founded in 1977 and has for more than 40 years operated a fleet of owned and chartered vessels in the dry bulk market.

Over the years we have operated and owned virtually all kinds of bulk tonnage - from minibulk to capesize as well as handling contracts of affreightment for clients in our business area.
Strategic Focus
Situated in Hellerup with a view to the sea, we presently operate a fleet of about 27 bulkers, where of 15 are short/long period and the rest timecharter trips, ranging between 28.000 and 65.000 dwt.
The strategic focus on a forward basis is handysize and handymax vessels to serve our clients - mainly in the Atlantic Basin.
Services in demand in our niche markets include the transportation of sugar, grain, steel products, metals for recycling, minerals, commercial fertilizer, wood products, as well as petcoke and alumina.

In order to capitalize on the expertise gained over the years, Maestro Shipping SA, Switzerland bought the majority of the shares in T.K.B. Shipping A/S in the beginning of 2018 as a strategic move for both companies.
